Welcome to the Qingdao-Dalian (QD) GAC University-Prep Center's English Website.  We are a university preparation institution based on developing leadership, independence, critical thinking skills, and community service.  We are located at  Qingdao's Ocean University and at Liaoning Normal University in Dalian.
